COVID-19 regulation

We follow closely the official recommendations from the Italian government for event organization and gathering regulations.

Considering possible updates with national policies, the current regulation during the conference is the following:

  • Masks are mandatory indoors, also when people are seated;

  • Social distancing is recommended (1.5 meters if wearing a mask and 2 meters without mask);

  • Regular use of hydro-alcoholic gel is also recommended;

  • Lunches and dinners will still be organized and a distance will be respected between all tables;

  • We will propose outside coffee breaks and dinners as much as possible.

For more information about COVID-19 regulation in Italy, visit the Venue section.
